Our scope of practice focuses on therapeutic massage and holistic bodywork designed to support physical, emotional, and energetic well-being. All services are provided within the boundaries of professional massage therapy as defined by California state law and the National Holistic Institute’s standards of practice.

Payment & Insurance Information:

We accept a variety of payment methods to make wellness accessible and convenient:

• Credit/Debit Cards

• HSA/FSA Cards – We accept Health Savings and Flexible Spending Account cards for qualifying massage therapy services.

• Gift Cards – Available for purchase online or in person.

If you are working with a healthcare provider or insurance plan, we can provide a superbill upon request for potential reimbursement. Please check with your provider to confirm eligibility.

Cancellation Policy:

To respect the time of our therapists and other clients, cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

• Late cancellations will incur a 50% fee.

• Missed appointments may be subject to our No-Show Policy Exceptions may be made for emergencies or illness at management’s discretion.

Package Holders

If you’ve purchased a multi-session package and cancel with proper notice, your session will be credited back to your package for future use.

Membership sessions are time-sensitive and must be used within the billing cycle.

• Same-day cancellations or missed appointments may result in the session being forfeited.

• One late cancellation grace is allowed per quarter.

• Additional missed sessions may not roll over and are subject to management review.

We welcome referrals from healthcare professionals, physical therapists, chiropractors, and mental health providers seeking complementary care for their patients.

We offer evidence-based massage therapy designed to support clinical outcomes such as:

• Improved mobility and circulation.

• Reduced muscular tension and pain.

• Stress and anxiety relief.

• Postural support for desk, car, truck-bound clients.

• Recovery support for post-surgical or chronic conditions.

Treatment Approach:

Each session is customized to the client’s needs and goals. We use a combination of Swedish, deep tissue, shiatsu, and other therapeutic modalities to support healing and balance. Treatment plans are available upon request.

Referral Process:

If you’d like to refer a patient, please contact us directly or email us to request a referral intake form. We are happy to collaborate and provide updates on client progress when appropriate and with consent.
